We currently only ship to the UK, however due to increasing demand we will now ship outside of the UK with a minimum order of £30.

Jewellery

Jewellery may vary slightly in size/colour as most pieces are handmade and unique.

Colour Options: If your chosen colour is out of stock, we will contact you to choose an alternative colour.

For health and safety reasons no returns are accepted for any pierced earrings or pierced earrings that are part of jewellery set.

Handmade/Natural items

Handmade items may vary slightly in size/colour.

• The delivery address supplied is outside of the UK.

Delivery

Items can only be delivered to the UK.

We aim to post your order within three working days of receipt, but please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

We always use good quality recycled packaging.

Damaged/Faulty items

We always package items well using good quality recycled packaging, so they should reach you in perfect condition; we cannot take responsibility for items damaged in the post. A report of faulty items should be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items cannot be exchanged/refunded after 14 days.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered for faulty items.

We do not offer refunds for incorrect purchases, so please contact us if you have any questions.
